Terms and Conditions

RESERVATIONS

We gladly accept reservations made by telephone and require a deposit of £50 per room per night.

POOL DAY PASSES

To gain access please present your booking confirmation to any of the team in the bar area to obtain your access key, please arrive no more than 5 mins before your start time and no more than 20 mins after your start time or you may be refused entry.

HEALTH & SAFETY

Please ensure you follow all health and safety instructions, including all safety procedures listed in the pool and gym areas.

BEDROOMS

All bedrooms have private facilities, complimentary toiletries, hair-dryer, remote control LCD television with radio, direct-dial telephone and beverage making facilities.

SPA

Cancellation required 24hr in advance of treatment to avoid the full cancellation fee, 72 Hrs for Spa days or extended packages. Please ensure you complete a health questionnaire and disclose any important information that may effect your treatment to our team and your therapist.

FIRE SAFETY

The Hotel is equipped with fully addressed fire detection and alarms. Please make yourself aware of the fire exits and full fire emergency procedures, which are displayed in your room and Guest Information folders.

GENERAL LIABILITY

Whilst the Company has taken all reasonable steps to ensure that the information in its brochures, tariffs, leaflets and advertisements is accurate, it reserves the right to alter, substitute or withdraw any service facility or amenity without prior notice if necessary.

Notwithstanding anything contained in these terms, the Company will not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations to the client in whole or part as a result of any action which is beyond the control of the Company/Hotel such action including, but not restricted to:

  • Strikes

  • Other Industrial Action

  • Fire or flood at or near the Hotel

  • Civil Unrest, Dispute or Commotion

  • Act of God

  • Legal Action against the Company not resulting from negligence, preventing the supply of services.

WINDOWS AND BALCONIES

We draw your attention to the dangers of open windows and balconies in rooms where there are small children and ask all parents to be mindful of the risk of an accident.

SMOKING

The hotel operates a No Smoking Policy throughout the Bedrooms, all public areas and the Restaurants. Guests are welcome to smoke in the gardens and or at designated outside smoking areas. If you are found to have smoked in a room this will attract a charge of £100.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Free on-site parking is available at the Hotel; however, the Hotel does not accept responsibility for damage or theft of vehicles or their contents whilst parked on site. Undercover parking may be available. YOU MUST REGISTER YOUR CAR REGISTRATION NUMBER WITH RECEPTION TO AVOID BEING CHARGED FOR PARKING. THIS IS RESPONSIBILITY AND NOT THE HOTELS.

VALUABLES

The Hotel cannot be held responsible for articles of value, other than those deposited with Reception for custody.

PAYMENT

Accounts are to be settled before arrival.

The hotel reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions without notice.
